… … 11:30 pm in Jerusalem… Mohammed Mughrabi lives in the Shu’afat refugee camp… he wears his white tracksuit on his way to the gym… he makes music and as a rapper he’s got a reputation to upkeep… as a resident of Shu’afat, he’s a citizen of Jerusalem, but he’s separated from the rest of the city by the wall… he pays his taxes, but there is no rubbish collection in the district and the power supply is illegal, just like the construction of the houses… the refugee camp has become a city within the city, a place with its own laws and rules… his gym is in a new building, right behind the checkpoint…
